There's a possibility that the cars around the map might be driveable in the future which will be really cool. One thing that would be great is the readdition of shopping carts. They weren't exactly fast but were hilarious for transporting your duo around.
Plus, with four different roles to try out, there’s a good bit of replayability as you and your squad can switch between the different classes, too. Well, there’s a way you can still have some fun in Fortnite’s squads mode which also adds a good bit of challenge to proceedings, too. As with season 6, there are three free challenges each week, but your dance on top of a submarine is of the four Battle Pass ones. Bear in mind, however, you will need to spend 950 Fortnite V-Bucks to get in on Epic’s premium progression system.

That’ll get you 100 tiers of Battle Pass excitement with even more cosmetics such as the brand new Fortnite weapon skins. When you spawn into Spawn Island you’ll see guns, ammo, and building materials scattered around just waiting to be grabbed. And you can grab them - but they won’t come with you into the Fortnite map. You may well want to go solo or drop into a duo instead, so just toggle the game mode first. Using your pickaxe to destroy trees is an essential way to get wood for building materials, but do not destroy trees completely. Instead stop when the tree has 50 health left on its hitbar, as leaving a trail of destroyed vegetation in your wake makes it incredibly easy for other players to follow your tracks and hunt you down.

It'd be great to see the weapons balanced out a bit in the future or only be used for certain game modes. Mythic weapons were a strange addition for Fortnite as they were added at a time were players were mostly asking for gun balance and variety so that different weapons in the game were viable. Since the final seasons of Chapter 1, there have been very specific load-outs that perform extremely better than other weapons in the game and almost completely ensure a victory royale. Skill-based matchmaking is becoming more and more common in competitive games and seems to be part of the new normal. It basically uses a system that pairs players up based on skill levels and reduces the chances of a very skilled player to play against someone that's brand new to the game.
When the comet appeared in the sky way back in Season 3 there was no fanfare—just fan theories. We had to do some guesswork and fans had fun posting their theories about the demise of Tilted Towers and so forth. (I could go on about how so many licensed skins from Marvel, DC, Star Wars etc. etc. etc. water down the game as well but that’s another story for another time). Being able to just skip all of this, having “challenges” that hold your hand from start to finish, and just generally dumbing down video games will not make them better or more fun. And sure, many people would obviously just turn to guides instead, but even that takes a little Fortnite Funny bit of work. You have to choose to figure it out yourself or go look it up online.
It’s on top of a mountain peak to the east of the new area of Frosty Flights near the centre of the new iceberg biome – you can’t miss it. Beware the slipperiness of the mountain, however, if you don’t land on it straight away, it can be tough to get back to the top without drawing attention to yourself. It brought everyone together and showed that the whole gaming community could get along. It's a feature that should be present in any multiplayer game released from now on and will hopefully set an example for other developers. Nothing is better than playing with friends and one of the dreams that all console players had during the first couple seasons of Fortnite was to be able to play with their friends on a different platform.
